Has anyone noticed a weird jiggling feeling inside their boobs when they run post op? I am 3 weeks PO today and had a little jog to see what it feels like and i can ‘feel’ the implant moving around or at least some water or something! Sometimes i get it in my right one when i walk but was told it would go away, seem to feel it in both boobs when i run! Anyone had this too and can tell me if it goes or is this how running will feel from now on? Also, want return to cycling to work after 4 weeks PO, is that ok? xx

What sports bra u wearing? Try wearing a high impact bra with lots of support when running as they do wobble alot! if its still there contact your pc.

I had mine done start of last October and was told no sports until after xmas (being a military girl this did not go down well when I had to do my fitness test!)

Am 3 weeks post op and I have exactly the same feeling too, it’s a strange sensation. I saw mr Singh about it last week and he said it was completely normal, part of the healing process so your body produces fluid to fill the space whilst your vessels are reknitting, plus you still have a element of swelling along with the implant being accepted and moving into the pocket. It’s still early days, like you am desperate to return back to my training regime, am going loopy but I know if I try before I have healed it may give me a bigger set back. hoping I can’t start walking on the machine on a incline and the stepper machine but am thinking I may just go the full 6 weeks, are you still feeling tender at all ?

Thanks both of you. Sarah 1977, that seems right to me, am glad you have the same experience as I am wearing a high impact sports bra that definitely fits me, they don’t jig around much at all, the feeling is entirely internal but soooo strange! I’ll persevere and let the healing take place a bit more. I’m not that tender although there is definitely still some soreness especially at the top and bottom of my breasts. How about you? xx

Dirtyharri, glad that eased your worries a little, it is such a strange annoying sensation, I can’t wait for these boobs to feel like mine rather than something stuffed inside ! My soreness is also at the top and the bottom so that reassures me also. I will friend request you if you don’t mind x

Go for it! That would be lovely x
