From information I have gathered I thinks its about six weeks. I am not sure if it would distort the implant but I personally think that under the muscle provides more support so if you exercising alot it may help reduce complications, bottoming out or etc. But always good idea to talk to your surgeon. xx

they recommend 6 weeks before you go back to those sort of activities, i went back to the gym 3.5 weeks po doing light cardio and some weights, press ups and sits took a few more week to do as they pulled on my chest, i listened to my body and just done gentil exercise, im now a year po and work out for up too two hours daily and there nothing my boobs limit me too xx

i had overs but i know a girl who had unders and she has no problem, but other on here have mentioned they have had problems but i guess everyone is diffrent xx

You should start light exercise till at least 6 weeks, and i was told 3 months for more vigorous things like dance, horse riding, weight lifting, exercise classes etc. Not worth chucking £3,000+ down the drain just to get back to the gym. If you make sure you’re fit beforehand, it won’t take long to get back in shape once you’re allowed xx

PS This is for unders, not sure about overs

Thanks for all your help girls :) good job i’ve just sold my horse think he would of exploded if he hadnt been ridden for 3 months haha :) xx

    Menu

Awww, why did you sell? I had my best friend keep my mare fit while i was off as Mr. K advised not to handle her too much either… that was torture!

    Menu

i’m wanting to go in the army in september so sold him to my really good friend whos got alot more time than me and will be like a retirment home as hes 17 (still acting 7 tho ha) i still go visit/ride when i want but hes much happier as her stables has turn out and more grazing so better life style for him! i was so upset at 1st as had him for 8 years but made the right decision hes so much happier not stuck in a stable 3/7 days a week! u still got ur mare? :) bet riding with boobs was strange lol xx

    Menu

Yes I still have mine. I work from home so have the option to ride when i want :) It’s nice that you can still go see your boy when you want. Good luck with the army!

It was really strange at first, not so much riding (although sitting trot is NOT advisable till you have a REALLY good sports bra lol!), but reaching up to put the saddle on or groom the mane etc. Anything that involves stretching was weird. I waited till 3 months as advised, but it took maybe another month for my muscle to get used to being used again x
