Hi Girls,
I am approaching 6 WPO with uplift and implants and i am absolutely desperate to get back to doing my gym classes – mainly circuit training and strength and conditioning. I know you can go back to exercise at 6 weeks but how much, do you have to avoid certain things like upper body?? I dont want to jepordise my recovery in any way shape or form by doing anything that i shouldnt!
Any help and past experiences people have would be massively appreciated.
