    Hi Girls,

    I am approaching 6 WPO with uplift and implants and i am absolutely desperate to get back to doing my gym classes – mainly circuit training and strength and conditioning. I know you can go back to exercise at 6 weeks but how much, do you have to avoid certain things like upper body?? I dont want to jepordise my recovery in any way shape or form by doing anything that i shouldnt!

    Any help and past experiences people have would be massively appreciated.

    I had uplift with implants. I went back at 6 weeks just doing cardio, then at 7 weeks I did body weight legs and abs. Gave it 2 weeks and added weights. I’m now 12 weeks and just started doing upper body, all feels fine but I get quite alot of twingers afterwards in incisions. I’m not doing any chest exercises as I had unders and not worth ruining them. Just start off easy and see how you feel

    Thanks Amy, i’m so paranoid of doing any damage but missing the gym terribly. Thanks for your help x
