Does anyone know how long after i would be able to exercise and this includes running?
I am not quite sure, but there was another lady on here and when she went for her 6 week check up she was given the all clear and so was allowed to start going back to the gym. I am 3 weeks post op now, and the thought of running makes me shiver, ouch
Don’t know if i have been much help, as i don’t do much excercise, i find it easier to miss a meal, to loose a few pounds.

yeh its 6 weeks!! ihad mine done 7 weeks ago and went on the cross trainer last night for the first time. Think of it like this! you dont need to do loads of exercise and your big boobies wil make your waist look smaller anyway he he XX
Hey KJ,
They said 2 weeks and you can start doing light lower body exercise, eg exercise bike, walking- with good support, so that’ll be me end of next week!
As for anything heavy or high impact I’m not sure, I used to run, but can’t even imagine running with these air bags!…
I know how you feel cos it’s driving me cazy not being able to work out!!
But great point janeyh, it DOES make the waist look smaller, so maybe I will change my ways and become a slob anyway…hehehe (that’ll teach my BF for getting a gut!)
