Go walking hun, I’m not talking climb a mountain or anything but I got a pedometer on my iPhone and it’s amazing how many cals you burn if you walk at a decent pace and it won’t put a strain on your boobs xx

Zere, just seen you pics! Your boobs are fab, would love to be as big as you but 525cc’s as big as Mr Singh will let me go :)

I agree with Amy, I plan to do lots of walking after my BA because atleast you wont need to use your arms xx

I’m also really scared about lack of excercise! I’ve failed to lose the stone I wanted to before my op tommorow and certainly don’t want to put anymore on! I was lucking at the cambridge diet but thats not safe 3 months before or after surgery apparantly.

I’m currently really active (its just the not eating I have a problem with!) so walking sounds like the way forward. I guess aslong as it doesn’t get your heart rate up too much it should be fine – the nurse actually said its bad to not do anything because of the DVT risk.

personally hun I waited till 8 weeks to work my abs as a lot of ab excerises pull your chest without you realising. You maybe ok to do the plank, but I would be carefull with abs, as I said above listen to your own body, it you want try some abs and if it hurts stop, that’s what I done, I trained my lower body very early in my recovery but felt my upper body wasn’t ready till aftewr the 6 week mark xx
