    Hi girlies, Im new to this forum but I had implants on the 19th December, feeling pretty much back to normal now and as its January and Ive eaten my body weight in chocolate over the past month, Im wondering when its recommended to start exercising again? Thanks xx

    Hi, it’s recommended that you shouldn’t start exercising until you’ve past the 6week post op. that’s what I got told anyway :) x

    i started back to the gym 3.5 weeks post opp, i just took my time and listened to my body, if i felt i was doing to much i would just stop, if you decide to do any exersice just take your time and dont over do it xx

    I would follow the guidelines that they give you in your information pack,they advise 6 weeks,you may compromise your healing and your after care if you do not follow the guidelines honey.Walking is good exercise,don’t do too much,it will burn calories,and wont harm you,it would be a start.xxx
