Extra Full Projection Allergan inplants

Hi

Has anyone had this profile of implant used in the 300- 350cc range please? It has been suggested by 1 surgeon that I have the Xtra Full projection Allergan inspira 310cc implant, under the muscle. A totally different surgeon advised a 340cc Full projection Allergan round implant, 12 cm base, under the muscle also. I am 30B, petitie, size 8 pear shaped, 8 stone and would like to be a Full 30DD/ 32D but never a 32DD. I am nervous that an Extra Full projection implant will make me look totally round and fake as they are allegedly so highly filled. Similarly I am worried that the 340cc will be too big for me, and take me to a ridiculous looking 32DD/E. Anyone with experience of either profile/ size of implant with my stats would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I had 420 & 375 ultra high responsive allergan implants and they dont look fake at all. I was 32b before and now measure 32 F/E (dependant on shop) they really dont look this big, they look around a D. Id defo have the biggest you can because boob greed will get you ! lol!

when i spoke to my surgeon i said that i wanted fuller looking boobs and a higher profile and thats what i got. i would defo recommend them and i dont think there is a huge difference between high and ultra high.
