Extra high profile girls

I’ve just met with Mr Singh and have been offered 420 extra high profiles, i wanted moderates so am a bit worried XHP will look fake and stuck on. Could i add any girls who had the same profile or size? Thanks 🙂 xx

Same size and profile but with uplift, defo looked stuck on at first but proper soft and squashy now at 6 months PO. I have a small frame and they’re big but not fake anymore. If Mr Singh says they’ll look good, you can be sure they will – he’s a legend! 🙂

@Kate they look really good not stuck on atall, i’m having overs in three days! Is it ok to add all you girls?
MissMaid- i’m glad you’re happy with your results, i’m not particularly small framed and my breasts have quite a large gap in between so i’m not sure why i’ve been offered xhp, but i’ll trust Mr Signh.

Extra high profile means the implant has the narrowest base but projects out further than all over profiles xx
