fake tan

Hi girls

im approx 12 post op with unders but havent seen surgeon since the op.

Just wondering how long before i can go to a salon and have a spray tan done

12 weeks post op? sorry it doesnt say. You are allowed to use products on your skin and scars after 6 weeks as long as you scars are fully healed (this is to avoid infection). I recommend calling your PC to organise a meeting with a nurse if you are at 12 weeks as you should have seen one at 6 weeks. hope this helps? xxx

I’m presuming you’re 12 days?? If so, you shouldn’t really be using tan on your skin, think you’re meant to wait till 6 weeks.. I did spray tan myself tho but put a scarf over my scars to cover them so I ended up with a white band around me but it was better than being pale LOL

If you’re 12 weeks, you’re fine to tan!!x
