I’m a really positive person but im really fed up right now. I booked my post op appointment with Mr Adamo for the 18th october…knowing that from 25th of October through to February I won’t be free on Thursdays due to an important commitment. Mya cancelled my 6 week post op (it was actually 7weeks post op) and phoned to inform me. when I said that I can’t do Thursdays, they basically told me tough luck. So now I don’t know if i’ll even be able to have a post op until February! im happy with my boobs but really want a post op with my surgeon.
I’ve had 4 PC’s, I had to phone up the hospital myself to get my admission time and I had to organise my own finance through myas 121 company….I chose MYA because they have great surgeons and I don’t regret that because Mr Adamo has done an amazing job. However, MYA keep letting me down and stressing me out…i paid £5000 and was plannng to have other procedures…come on MYA, I should be treated as a valued customer…redeem yourselves by getting me a post op appontment please!
