hello emzy. my nipples were the same for about 3 weeks. they were so huge and erect and very very painful. i asked people on the forum about mine cos i thought they would be like that forever but they got much more bearable and less obvious and it made it worse as i had to be six weeks without a bra. I have two more days to go yet without a bra as I’m six weeks post-op on Thursday. X

try raising your hands more and more each day your body will tell you if you are doing to much. the sooner you do it the better, it will help your recovery. I was told by my pc to try and move abit at a time so that the muscles start to relax again when your lifting….. if that makes sense!

Im 10days post op and after two days i could mamange to get a top over, you just need to lean forward and get a bit of help so yuor not really raising yuor arms fully. xxx
