Feedback for MYA,what do you think would improve the forum.

My Ideas,which I have forwarded to MYA.

A forum fact sheet post and pre op tips for people where we can access the information on site.

Surgeons profiles listing their qualifications and experience.

Member feedback sheet,based on service received,this could be completed electronically and would help MYA target the areas that may be letting the company down,in light of some of the recent unhappy posts.

Clinic contact numbers.

Any other ideas feel free to add.

I believe MYA to be up there with the best,but continuos improvement to the service they provide will make them THE best,xxx

They can only improve on the service if they have feedback from the patients,they are not mind readers tell them what you want.xxx

Surgeons profiles is a fab idea!! Maybe a calandarwe can pop our dates on we know who needs what support then….maybe xx

mandatory messenging before adding people on here xx

Thanks so much for the feedback.

Just to remind everyone, at MYA, we really do appreciate feedback both good and bad and this is one of the main reasons we have a forum so we can assist our patients throughout their MYA journey and continue to improve our service.

To reassure you, all comments from recent posts both positive and negative have been noted and will be considered in the coming months to enhance the MYA journey and patient experience.

Please continue to message the Mod your feedback and this can be looked into and passed onto our clinics who endeavour to give the best possible service at all times.

I would find an alert system, similar to fb, when someone replies to one of your posts.

The forum moves so quickly, something you put on an hour ago could easily be on page 2

not sure if this has been said but, a box where you have to write to the person a reason why..when sending a friend request, n u cant send it unless uve wrote in the box! even when girls write on ther profile for girls to inbox them first most of the time they dont bother x

I would like to see the “Search” function improved if possible please? So it is easier for people to look up FAQs and the results are more relevant xx
