Feel as though my dream has just been shattered! Can't stop crying!

As I write this I am bawling my eyes out, went and seen Ben chew tonight who used to work with mya in Glasgow, seen him at Nuffield, he said my nipples were low and that I needed a nipple lift, paid £120.00 for the consultation, last month I went and seen the cosmetic surgery nurse at the Nuffield to ask her the same question before I spent money on consultation, she said no way did I need a nipple or an uplift hence why I booked the proper consultation…am soo disappointed, I’ve saved enough for the BA, I don’t want a nipple lift and to have horrific scars…

He said he would do the standard BA but my nipples could point down or that he could push the implant below my crease but it would mean my boobs would be lower, suggested EHP 410… I just don’t get why for once, things could be simple! He’s the only consultant I have seem…really need your help and advice girls x

Hey hun I was told I’d need an up lift because of my nipples but said if I had low profiles I wouldn’t need it! Have a look at my before and after pics if u like hun! Also maybe seek a second opinion too hun! I had really horrible saggy boobs before but love them now xx

I had 375 ehp and my incision is about an inch below where my crease used to be, and they are fine!! Don’t be upset hunni u have soo many options too including free consultations. A nipple lift was never mentioned to me even tho I was half ecpecting one which I too would have refused. But all surgeons work in all different ways babe don’t loose hope yet xx

Hi girls, awe I just don’t understand it, I just thought surely the surgeon would know better than nurse! Princess Shevardnadze your nipples are lower than mine I think, Ur boobs are great! So u got no lift at all? Who one yours?

Lorelei, where is your crease now? He suggested that the implant goes in under my crease…said that maybe my nipples would point down the way? He offered XHP as I am very flat around my upper chest, there is no volume at all, he also said my boobs are quite pointy too? I just think a boob job should be the same as the next persons, can’t understand why one says on thing n another something else?

Girls u are all lucky bing down in England, you get so much more choice down there as to what company etc x

I’d defo go and see some surgeons and ones where you don’t have to pay just to walk in the room! See what they have to say I think it’s disgusting having to pay to see someone! Xx

No Hun I had no uplift and I had no volume and was so empty up top you could see my ribs and mr Chantarasak transformed them with 510cc low profile natrelle overs and no lift xx

I was told if I wanted high profiles I would have needed a lift but wouldn’t need one with low profiles xx

Why would you have “horriffic” scars with a lift? I’ve had 2 lifts in 7 months & my scars arnt “horriffic” and neither are anyone else’s on ere that’s had a lift!

Hi Amanda, I’m talking a nipple lift, so my nipple would be removed and then re-attached, the scarring around my nipple would be visible as would underneeth it, my nipples would look like two lollipops, am not talking about a full lift! It’s not something that I would want, I’d know they were there and that’s what matters

Hey honey, I seen about all the plastic surgeon in Scotland and Ben chew was the most thorough and knowledgable in my opinion. Everyone’s work I’ve seen him do has been perfect.. He is a perfectionist. I had my surgery last Tuesday and my boobs are amazing he’s done an amazing job everyone says so. My scars got checked tonight and the nurse couldn’t believe how tiny and neat they were! I would go get other opinions but mr chew is telling you what he thinks will get you the best possible look, other surgeons may offer something else with less thought of the finished article… Sorry to be so honest I just have so much faith.

So you think they’d be horrific? I’ve had my nipples removed n re attached twice, I have a scar down to that’s barely visible, I wouldn’t say horrific. Far from it.

Ps the price of surgery at the Nuffield reflects having to pay the consultation fee which is a one off sun. X

So is getting the nipple lift putting you off or is it extra money? There’s alot of girls on here with nipple lifts and after a few months they look great so don’t be too disheartened just look into it a bit more. I’ve not got pics up yet but I will do soon and u can see home great my scars are at 6days!! Xx

Amanda, I am sorry if I’ve offended you…this is just my opinion…no one else’s, my nipples are very pale, so any scars would be v noticeable, Afro ally I don’t want a scar running underneath either, you also can lose feeling in your nipple and sensation too

Well if you need a lift y would u not go ahead n have one? I had saggy boobs b4, now I don’t? Simple. Scars fade. N no1 except me n my fella sees my boobs anyway n he couldn’t care less if they were swinging around my knees or pert with faded scars on them!

Amanda, do you actually know the difference between an uplift and a nipple lift? I only need a nipple lift, not an uplift, he told me I don’t have saggy boobs, just that my nipple is lower on the breast than usual, my actual breast is in the right place…

Yeah u have offended me! And prob all the other girls thatv had lifts, do u think everyone else wanted the scars? And the scars r white, so if u have pale nipples u prob wouldnt see it. And if u want nice boobs u have a lift. If u want bigger boobs that hang down with low nipples then do it! Your boobs!

Emaloux I think you’ve got a bad perception of how the scars will appear… How much have you wanted this done? How long have you been considering it? I don’t think you should give up your dream.. It’s just going to take a slightly different path.

I was told by 1 sergon 10 months ago that I would need a lift Jews distraught as I was only 18 so I used loads ( and I mean loads lol) of palmers firming butter my boobs r now an inch hire … I no that this is probily cause I’m young and the sagging was due to breast feeding 3 kids but if you are set against it then maby try some thing else like creems butthese do rairly work … Xx

Ikelly-I do but only from 1st time round,last September. The pics up r about 3-4 months old. They sagged really quick so I’m now 2 weeks po again. I need to put some more pics up really. I’ll accept now x

Oh n yes course I know the difference between lifts! But with a full uplift theres more scarring, so if u think nipple lift scars r horrific wat do u think of full uplift scars?

Thanks hun, do the open the same scars? How are they looking at 2weeks? I think our bodies are amazing you can honestly hardly see my scars at all. Did Mya cover the cost for ur re-op. Ikelly, yeah I’ve seen quite a lot of pictures, seen some great ones, and also some really bad ones, am just thinking of worst case scenario and how the bad ones would make me feel, it’s not about the money, it’s just something that I would not chose to have really…I am just surprised as when I visited the cosmetic surgery nurse, she said definitely not, then Ben said yes he would suggest…both from Nuffield, don’t get me wrong, he also said he would do the operation without, just that he would not recommend it that’s all, he gave me three options…I just need to have a think really, it’s not something to decide on straight away…

I don’t want horrific scars from a nipple lift!!!!!

Ive had more than a nipple lift, & i don’t think mine look horrific, nor do any of the other girls that have had the same. So wen some1 writes shit like that it gets my back up. I’ve seen worse results from straightforward ba’s than I have lifts! So think about that 1 too whilst your crying about what your surgeon said.

@ikelly… No all the old scarrings been cut away, I’ve still got all my strips on but I’ve been having a sneaky look n they look fine! Same as before really-my scars were never an issue. I got an infection on both nipples which messed parts of my scars up but my surgeon offered revision straight away to cut it out & start again!

Yep it was covered by Mya. Thank god! How r u feeling at day 6? I felt shocking this time round, only beginning to feel normal now! Xxx

The cosmetic nurses are just nurses how do a few modules on cosmetic surgery they are in no position to tell you what you do and don’t need! Ben would have measured you thoroughly and he just goes on measurements and experience, but your right you really need to take your time but if you ever want a chat about the surgery, Ben or the Nuffield in general just message me. Hey hang on girlies everyones expectations and experiences are different, I’ve seen many girls getting offended over what they have or havnt had different to the next and I certainly don’t think this thread is meant to offend anyone, but I will support emaloux in the respect that when you are told you have to have something different than what you had your heart set on it can be hard to swallow, I know that cos ive been there, the term horrific was the only thing wrongly used as it is true many ladies on here with full lifts, nipple lifts etc have beautiful outcomes, just as good as standard ba’s cos we’re blessed with surgeons that know their stuff I had no mention of a lift (which financially im grateful for but if it had to be so be it) but I did have the crease of my breast brought down around an inch, this was also because I wanted larger implants than my body would allow but my nipples also appeared lower before than what they do now, so lowering the crease (which my boobs now hang over quite nicely is not a problem, your more than welcome to look I will add a pre op pic showing the drawing of where the new crease sits as oppose to the original along with an up to date of my boobies now. I would still recommend a second opinion emaloux as I will have done the same in your position, but be aware u get gorgeous natural results with uplifts too, and financially there are options available hunni and u do want long term results if u can achieve them, u don’t wanna spend all this money and be disappointed, but please don’t be upset, you have many options still xxx

Amanda I’m feeling pretty good today but this week has not been easy been really sicky and achy which just makes you so uncomfortable and grumpy lol!! My poor fiancé is such a star though he’s been doing everything in his power to help me and make me smile. So cannot wait to show him my cleavage in sexy unders when I’m better and like you say feeling more human hehe. Hope your healing goes well hun, take care xxx

horrific scars…? emaloux ive had a lollipop lift over a year ago, and its a full lift a lollipop lift is not just for a nipple lift, and for the scars they have almost vanished so “not horrific” im sorry but dont think you need to be bawling your eyes out..

Emaloux I felt exactly the same way as you! I saw me chantarasak on a Friday and mario on a sat both saying I needed an uplift I was so gutted! I was upset as I didn’t think my boobs were that bad lol also I was upset about the extra costs plus the scars! And sorry Amanda but first of all this was my opinion! I thought id be left with these horrible thick red scars but after looking at a few ladies on here I feel so much better! I’m booked in for full uplift and ba with mr chantarasak June 19th. I don’t think emaloux was ment to offend anyone it’s just shock cos I know exactly how she feels! Some people walk into their consultations knowing they need an uplift and others like me walk in without a clue in the world! Take time and see a few surgeons and have a look at some of the ladies scars on here cos they are amazing and totally put my mind at ease! Xx

I know what your saying girls, about the nurse, but when I called the nuffield to book in with Ben I explained I was worried I may need that and that’s why they suggested the cosmetic surgery nurse, this is one of the nurses who helps in theatre etc, so although I realise what she said is not gospel, she was certain I needed none so hence why my hopes were up…

Girls…just a little update, I called Nuffield, they agreed that shouldn’t have happened etc, the woman I spoke with was soo lovely, they are looking into it to get someone to call me back, hopefully I will be able to get a second opinion, just need to see what happens, I will keep you posted, feeling a little better today as I’ve spoken to a few girls who were advised similar then when they seen another surgeon they were told different again x

I haven’t had my op yet Hun, having it done June 19th I had my consultations in jan so I’ve had a few months to get used to the idea of an uplift aswel and like I said before after seeing some photos on her from ladies that have had it done eg sugartits… Her scars are amazing! I’m not even worried anymore about scars. I’d rather have slight scaring compared to these saggy empty things lol! Do as much research as you can and honestly you will feel better! I was like you back in January and now I can’t wait for my uplift xx

aw i was there at 6.30 so wasnt you i seen then! I went from a small 32B to a 34DD with 390cc nagor impleo overs, the swelling has gone down a bit so i reckon im going to end up a 32DD, im trying to upload some pictures just now.

Yeah meet vivek and see what he says, theres a few girls on sofeminine.co.uk who have had him he seemed really nce but as i said ben was just the guy for me. Loreleis boobs are fab so if dropping the crease gets you like that id be very happy but maybe ur nipples measure lower so the whole boob would be lower?

No I don’t need to pay, there was another guy aswell John Telfor, but my partner couldn’t make that app so I cancelled that one, then I read a few reviews saying girls thought he wasn’t that nice…so glad I have this guy! Ben is nice, but for me we just never clicked, and that was before he told me about lift etc…it just never felt right, my friends have seen so many surgeons and are like…u just know when you have found the one for you! I can’t find sugartits on here, I would like to see the other pics if nipple lifts x

Thanks girls, but Dr Adamo never said I needed a lift, I just said I wanted them to look natural with no ridge at the top and so he suggested that so I could have a bigger implant. I didn’t have any boobs to uplift ive had a flat chest all my life, but if I need an uplift next time round in 10yrs or so I wouldn’t mind to have pert boobies again xx

If you dont click with a surgeon see someone else. I saw Mr Traynor, I knew I needed a full uplift and ba and he told me I needed exactly that. I was happy with the medical advice but something just didnt feel right. I saw Mr Russo and instantly thought “this is the guy!” He gave me exactly the same advice, same sizes, overs, uplift but he advised xhp instead of hp but as I said I was happy with the advice from mr Traynor but he just wasnt the man for me!!!

Wish me luck girls, going to see Vivek now! Posses let it be that he doesn’t think I need a nipple lift! X
