I am 2 days post op & yesterday I had to get a bigger back size bra as I feel like the bottom band is cutting into me & pushing on my incisions making them really sore & like an achey/bruised feeling. But I’m worried if I go any bigger with the bra it’s going to be too big & loose on the cup & not actually support my boobs. Anyone else having anything similar??

The whole point. With sports is to have a good strong one to support your implants and keep them in place so it’s really important to have a very good strong supported sports as this will detirntin the out come I’m 3op in come the 28th nov I’ve had all kina of diffrent sports bra but the one by far the best was the This Shock Absorber sports bra has been created especially for running, with an enhanced support system to target excessive breast movement and featuring seam-free and concealed elastic to reduce rubbing and chafing. This Shock Absorber running bra has been proven to reduce breast bounce by up to 78%. Top Tip…..Fasten the top clip before you put the Run bra on and then pull it on over your head. The bottom hook and eye can then be fastened once the Run bra is in place.
High impact my sugreon said this was the best he had seen x

I’ve got one from Asda, it does up at the back. I had it in a 34E, but this just felt so tight round the bottom, so yesterday I got a 36E and it still feels like there’s so much pressure round the bottom band, pushing on where my incisions are (which I’ve got plasters on so it’s not rubbing on them directly). I’ve got a front fastening one but that’s only a 34DD but I might try it on to see if fits a bit different round the bottom.
