Feel really cold but heads quite warm, extra swelling, feel funny – infection?

am i reading too much into this, but seeing as no1 replied to my last post i wanted to write it again.

My swelling had mostly gone down but today the sides fee extra big an swollen, tender to touch i feel qite cold even though iuts warm outside, my head feels warm, dont really feel too good, is this normal for 9 day po or should i be worried? should i call nurse or wait till post op appointment tomorrow? xx
