does anyone else feel like this? I had my ba on the 27th July, exactly a week ago today. I don’t know why I feel a bit down, I’m thinking it might be because I was looking forward to my op for so long? I know it sounds silly but just wondered if anyone else felt the same after their ba?

    xx

hi hun, i had my op over a year ago and felt just like that for the first week or so. my nurse said that it is normal and the anesthetic can make you feel a bit blue. remember your body has been through a lot and im sure you will start to feel a lot better over the next few days and enjoy your new boobies!!! xxx

Hi rachel I had my ba last tueday too with mr chantarasak at highgate where did u have yours. I feel ok but felt strange yesterday just felt a feeling of disappointment but then I took a look at my boobies and felt fine again lol. Are you happy with your boobs hun? It doesn’t help either sleeping in the position that we do as I’m so achy. I know I’m only 7 days post-op but does anyone know when the boobs start to move closer to form a cleavage? Also I noticed a squelching noise today is it normal to start hearing this 7 days post-op? Thanks girls xx

lolly- thanks for replying, I feel silly for feeling so down after spending all the money. I feel fine one minute then sad the next. I’m glad I’m not to only one who’s gone through these feelings.

seren- I had mine at Manchester. I feel disappointed sometimes then the next min I feel fine, proper little rollercoaster of emotions! I was thinking a few days back I’d

chose too small of an implant size so maybe been unsure is making me down. i am happy with them, really over the moon so glad ive had them done, then something makes me down.don’t mean to sound nasty but I’m glad its not just me that’s feeling blue.

Hi Ladies, I’m only 3 days post op but have felt very weepy today. My sister in law is a nurse and says its perfectly normal after having surgery to feel this way. So don’t worry, its a perfectly normal reaction! Whew!! xxx

Me too… one minute I’m happy as larry the next I’m down in the dumps… don’t think it helps being home alone trying not to do too much…… xx

I was like that for ages girls, I had 260cc unders, and one min I LOVE them, then the next Id think they were too small, but now they are dropping properly and I really love them, Im 8months post op, its just a case of waiting for them to settle :) xxx

jessolly- that’s exactly how I feel- I’m only 8 days post op but one minute I’m in love with them and next minute I’m wishing I’d had the corage to go a bit bigger. we’re all here for each other at least :)

    xx

Hi mccrae they the sports bras don’t really do much but I tried on a normal bra and my boobs look really gorgeous and big!! :). Buy a cheap 1 to the size u may end out and every time u think u look small put the bra on just to show urself how big u really are it makes such a difference and u’ll feel loads better. Works for me :) x

I agree with seren, a sports bra is really unflattering, when i put mine into a proper bra i loved them, the cleavage was fab. xx
