feeling better thanks to nurse karen

Just want to say i spoke to a nurse yesterday on the emergency thing im sure her name was karen, she was fantastic and she helped me loads wat she told me to do was relax my shoulders and my back coz where i was tensin them it made my pain lot worse.Feel sooooo much better today thanks to doin that and layin a bit flatter which she also said i can do. So a BIG THANK YOU to karen the nurse from yesterday xx
