Feeling down :(

Surgery is in 3 days, i’m nervous and excited but also feeling quite down….worried about people’s reaction to me having the operation – have any of you ladies felt low before your op? x x

Hi hun, my op is next Sunday. I’m neither excited or worried at the mo, but I’m sure I will be this time next week. What’s making you feel so down hun, it is people’s reactions? I’ve had mixed but to be honest, I’m doing this totally for me. Don’t worry hun, I’m sure it will be worth it in the end. You’re probably worried about how you’re going to feel after the op and how they are going to look (I’m guessing it’s a BA you’re having). Keep your chin up chick and good luck x

Hi hunny, it’s only natural to get the collywobbles before something this big!!! Don’t worry about it and just allow urself to feel what u need to feel. If it helps grab a bit paper and pen and write down exactly what this operation is going to do for you with regards to every aspect of your life. Keep it with you even until u go under the anaesthetic. Xx

OMG I was exactly the same, I felt so low! when I should of been excited. I wrote a long post on here and got loads of lovely responses from the girls. Once the op is over and you’re healing you’ll feel on top of the world!! People will think they look fab…and best of all you’ll feel great about yourself…which is the most important thing!

Hey hun, Ive got my BA on Thursday and im petrified , Ive waited so long for this and now im scared of not waking up and my little girl wont have a mummy. I would love to be like some of the girls on here who are excited but at the minute nerves are getting the better of me xx

Gemma, it is only natural to feel like that I have a 4 yr old boy who is my world too x you need to try ad look at it another way, these people who are doing this are trained, they do to every day! It’s harsh but we are nothing but number size Implants! You can ask the put to sleep man any questions. Tell him your scared etc but seriously, I have been under a few times, u wake up! Just be glad of the rest away from home, sleep get ya feet up!!! Try and get some cocktails maybe?! and when u wake up, you are going to be a whole new mummy, the confidence having normal boobs gives you is ridiculous, I loved going to the park and being able to bend over and tickle my boy, I couldn’t do that before Cos my saggy boobs looked like spaniel eArs ….. Add me, if u get nervous just pm me you will be fine hunny xxx
