Feeling rubbish……..

Ok so had my op yesterday in pain quite a lot when I move 🙁 I refused co-codamol at the hospital because it makes me really I’ll and the last thing I want is something that makes me feel I’ll can anyone recommend anything else to help with the pain.
By boobs have almost doubled in size from yesterday with swelling which I think is making it all so much worse for me 🙁 my sports bras don’t fit me at all feel like I’m in pain with how tight they are too hopefully get me hands on a bigger one tomorrow xxxx

Have u tried ibuprofen and paracetamol together hun?.. other than that i cant think of anything stronger that doesnt require prescription xx

Ah ok hun.. have u tried using ice to give u some relief plus it will help with the swelling xx

Use I’ve packs hun I used them everyday for the first seven days! Today is the first day I haven’t used them but they helped like crazy xx

Thank you will defo give them a try then I did think about using some but wasn’t sure if I could xxx

Thanks girls finding it abit easier this morning because I’ve had a good sleep thankfully think the lack of sleep was getting on top of me. Desperate for a shower too it’s horrible not being able to have a proper wash or soak, hope your both feeling ok today xxx

Hun, I had tramedol (don’t know how to spell it) at the hospital, I had 1 tablet and it took me from a pain of 8/9 out of 10 down to a 3/4. Defo give that a go. Good luck. And like the others said, ice helps amazingly too xx

I did think about ringing them and asking for something else I’m going to see how I go today I’m only 2days post op so guessing I’m not over the worst of it yet xxx

Hope u have a better day today hun!.. dnt struggle when u dnt have to though i agree with elisha try n get tramadol prescribed if ur still really sore.. i was in excruciating pain straight after my op.. n they worked a dream xx
