Feeling so confused…… help needed girls!

So… I had my consultation with Mr Russo yesterday. I am a 34 a/b and explained to my PC I wanted a natural look, so presumed I would have under the muscle as I know this gives the most natural result. We also talked about having a moderate profile, as most of the pics she showed me in the consultation which were high profile, and they just looked “stuck on”, which is exactly what I don’t want!

Anyway, Russo explained that as I had tubular breasts I would need over the muscle, and also high profile as I wasn’t wide enough. He also said I would need a nipple lift, although I wasn’t sure whether this was on 1 boob or both. I questioned this, although he just rushed through everything, and am now left thinking that if I won’t be able to get the result I want, then what is the point. I asked about them looking too fake over muscle / high profile, although he just said it would be fine! I’m really doubting whether to go ahead or not now – has anyone else had this same experience with tubular boobs? I can only have 380 cc max, which I would be happy with (although may even have 340). If anyone has similar stats, could you please add me? Would really appreciate the peace of mind…. Thanks, Jess xxx

This is eactly what he did to me! I changed surgeon straight away! I asked for natural, stressed it to him and he kept shoing me picture of really fake looking katie price looking boobs – just didn’t get it at all. And then he sent me on my way!!

I would see more surgeons hun, you don’t have to stick to the first one you see. My consultation with Mario didnt even last 10 mins which I thought was disgusting.

I had Mr Fallahdar in the end, couldn’t recommend him more! xxx

He was gona give me overs… but Mr Fallahdar said straight away I should have unders.. I don’t know how it works with tubular breasts though hun xxx

I know I did think that – I had considered seeing Mr Singh, although I know he specialises in larger sizes!! I really thought Mario would be the surgeon for me – although I just felt completely rushed through and he didn’t really explain anything to me. Just feel so disheartened with the whole thing, just want it to be right!

Thanks Holly, I will look into him; where abouts does he operate? Did you also have tubular breasts? I didn’t even think they were to be honest – at the end of the day they’re not that bad, so yesterday I just left thinking “is it even worth it!” xxx

He did mine Jess and everyone says how natural they look….you have to have overs in some cases as it will look more natural. Girls who have good muscle tone tend to have a poor result from unders and you get ‘double bubble’ where you can see the implant when you flex the muscle, you can have a look at my pics…although I’m swollen at the min….you can ask to see him again, or ask which other surgeons are available! Mr Traynor is good too xx

just a little tip hun just cos u have ‘high profile’ it doesnt meann that they will be fake looking or they only use ‘high’ for fake looking boobs as it all depends on how narrow u are, they have a small base and high projection as a wider base lower projection ( meduim/low ) may not fit in your pocket xxx

Was it Leeds you went too? If you want natural then ask to see dr kazazzi he deals with natural. I was so adamant that i didn’t wan to look fake and I’m so happy with mine when I went to the hospital group I was told I had tubular breasts and would need a nipple lift, saw dr kazazzi and not the case at all! Lol so always worth getting a second opinion xxx

I didnt have tubular breasts no hun. I have good muscle tone and have amazing results from unders… add me if you like chick. I have seen some very natural looking overs, but agree with you comletely I said to mario a million times NAT-U-RAL and EVERY photo he showed me was faker and faker lol!!! xxx

Ah thanks Angel, I think I just had it in my head that I wanted unders – I know there is more chance with rippling with overs, and I just really don’t want the stuck on luck. I’d rather not have them done! I do trust Mario, but I just felt like he didn’t explain anything to me properly. You know what it’s like (well if you’re like me anyway lol – miss control freak!) but I have been wanting this for so long, I’d hate to not even end up with the result I want…. so bloody much to think about!

Thanks everyone, really appreciate all the advice!!!!! Charlotte, yes I did go to Leeds – my PC (Gemma) mentioned Mr Kazazzi but then she said Mario was better as he prefers the natural look (and also the Naturelle range which I said I would pay extra for).

Holly – he didn’t even get round to showing me any pictures! He also wrote down the wrong implant type (TRF, even though I said I wanted Naturelle). As I found out from my PC after, she advised that Naturelle come in different sizes to the 340/380 etc, although she struggled to explain it when I asked (need to know really!); and then said she couldn’t show me on the sizing chart as it was with Mr Russo! Not very acceptable in my opinion… Think I will definately ask for a 2nd opinion xxx

Aw I’d ask to see mr kazazzi then. All te girls on here who have him have had the natural look and they are all really happy but yeah second opinion sounds good x

Hey Hun I had Mario ..I had 460 hp overs and there really natural I actually wished they looked a bit faker haha ! And u was addamant pre op how natural I wanted them …but if u wasn’t happy with your consultation I would defo see Another surgeon one of my regrets not because I’m in happy but I had a nipple lift just wished I had another opinion ..good luck xx

Hey hun, def see someone else if you’re unsure but just to put your mind at rest, TRF’s are the natrelle range. TRF is what I’m having and they’re Natrelle responsives, full projection xx
