Final consultation with Traynor (op next week) Good news & a negative point :(

I’m joining the 525 girls I asked about a size bigger as the biggest he originally offered me was 460 and he said I had plenty of room!! Tried the implants on in the sports bra and they felt pretty silly (as in big silly) but I know I’d regret NOT picking the bigger size.

Any other 525 over ladies?

I’m so excited!

One negative point though (sadly):

At my first consultation Mr Traynor said because I’m a B in one and a C cup in other then I would need a slight nipple uplift on my C cup boobie. I said fine – he is the expert after all. Seen my PC afterwards to try on implants etc and that was that. Paid for my op outright after this.

Now – a week before my op I’m now told the nipple uplift is an extra £1.5k?!?! Mr Traynor defo noted the nipple uplift at my first consultation so I’ve no idea why I wasn’t told. Bit miffed to be honest.

I went in to see Mr Traynor for a second time after my PC told me this and he said my nipples weren’t *that* asymetrical and that if the difference doesn’t bother me now and unless I’m going to be running around topless then it won’t matter…. Unless it bothers me.

So now I’m a bit miffed because I thought the nipple uplift was included – at no point I was told I’d pay extra until today – 7 days before my op. I can’t just pull almost £1.5k out of thin air. I’m struggling enough as is with the inital £3500!! So I’m having to go ahead without it simply because I can’t afford it but get this, if I want it done AFTER my op it’s £2.5k!

Sorry to go on, just a little bit gutted to be honest. Nothing I can do about it now though. Just a shame.

No no, it never bothered me and like he said – it isn’t a massive difference. He said if it’s never bothered me before then it shouldn’t bother me now. The implants could improve the position, or it might not. But it defo won’t make it worse. I’m not actually *that* bothered about the nipple uplift to be honest but what if I actually did have a huge difference and was expecting that to be fixed?! £1.5k is HUGE money to me – especially with a one year old to fed, keep in nappies etc!! Haha

My ba has actually improved the position of my nipples, they used to point outwards and very far apart and now they seem alot more “normal”. I was expecting them to look even worse but I didn’t care really, no one is gonna see my nipples so as long as they look better in a bra that’s all I cared about lol. bit naughty them not telling u tho xx

petitesnowball how come ur only paying £3500?? and on the nipple situation if you havent noticed it tht much then i wouldnt bother, im sure if it was going to make a huge difference or look silly then mr t would say xx
