Finally added my pics – from pre-op to day 14 (410s with Mr Traynor from 34B)

It’s taken me ages to get this done but have finally got round to it. I’ve labelled them all with what day I was on when taking the pic.

Please excuse the fact that I am bloated and my nipples are very swollen and sore! That has been the worst bit for me, they are hyper-sensitive but getting better. I am also looking veiny which the nurse said will go away, it’s because my skin is stretched so tight and when it relaxes will ease off.

I’ll keep adding updates as I feel like they’ve changed lots in just 3 weeks. The pics really don’t give you a good idea of the size as I feel like they are big on me but it doesn’t come across that way on the pics. They are definitely growing and settling more if you compare day 1 to day 18.

P.S. please be kind as I’ve been nervous posting these – I had really low confidence pre-op and never got undressed for anyone so this is a big deal for me 😆

Hey huni – sent you a FR my boobs are also veiny and also super sensitive nipples – does it feel worse when wearing a bra? iv had to buy like bandages to put over my nipples when i wear a bra to work as otherwise they get reli red and swollen x

hello, sorry i added you without reading properly!! did you have unders or overs? iv been offerd 380cc – 410 cc overs but felt this would be to bigso am going for 365cc cmh overs ..so nervous and unsure of size. the whole unders over this is doin my head in. im sure yours look amazing and when the pain properly wheres off you will be dead please =Dx

Accepted you all, thanks for asking. I had overs as I had enough tissue surprisingly. I think Mr Traynor said he only did unders if he thought you’d end up being able to see the implant when they’re settled.

I am glad I stuck with 410. I was offered from 300cc up to 410cc and when I tried them on I thought the 410s were too big. Eventually I convinced myself I wanted 460s but Mr T said no. I am really glad I listened to him as if I’d gone bigger I wouldn’t be able to manage. My fitted shirts won’t button up for work anymore but that’s what I wanted! x

clifford – glad it’s not just me! I swear every time I even put a towel against them they are not happy at all. Bras make it worse but then they feel heavy without a bra on! roll on 6 weeks. How far on are you since your op? x

Ditto on the towel thing its not even funny – im only 8days post opp but its not even nice – at first i was worried about not having any feeling and now im so arrrrgggggg with the super sensitveness going on oh my lol – reli want them to not be so sore now xx

they look amazing!! you must be so pleased dead happy for you. im surprised how natural they look what with you having 410s – seriously made me question wether or not i should go for the bigger implant!! thanks for letting me have a peek xx

They look AMAZING!!! MR T has offered me 340, 380 410, 460!! was thinking 380, 410 but think ill go for 410 as yours look fab im a 34 large b, small c now just dont want be to top heavy = / x

kaylap – I thought that from looking at other girls too that I should go bigger but honestly glad I didn’t go to 460 now as it is quite overwhelming when you get them. I went out on Friday night and in my outfit I was really pleased with them and felt in proportion for once. Go with your gut instinct, my gut was 410 but greed was 460! See your surgeon again, I pestered mr traynor for his opinions! Lots of girls on here will say go bigger but take ages to be confident with your decision.

estee – thanks so much if you’re a small C then a 410 will look much bigger than mine. I think they’re a nice size, they do stick out at the sides but they have moved closer as they’ve dropped a little bit.

clifford – I know i expected the same, mine are numb underneath but the nurse said that was because the implant pressure is against the lower half of your skin. I keep having to look at my pre-op pics to remind myself what I came from! x

Kaylap – Spot on jessicarabbit i was going to go bigger the day of my ba and im so glad i didnt these are more then i could have asked for i no im only 8days post opp but im measuring a DD and i only wanted a C and the nurse recons i may drop a cup size x

thanks for the advice!! yer i see majority of people either say they wish they had gone bigger or they went bigger and were pleased they had. is such a tough decision to make – i dont want them to look to big for my body but at the same time i dont wana be dissapointed if they are to small!! ahhhh – wish it was straight forward lol x

I reckon the boob greed might kick in when they settle and you get used to them. I think in the early days you just want them to drop and be sorted so it’s hard to decide how happy you are with the size, I’m still not sure, but know I couldn’t have managed bigger at this stage. People would have noticed on me at work which I didn’t want as I have to manage over 50 men bit awkward x

hi beka, accepted you. 410s are quite popular I think. Just under 3 cup sizes bigger supposedly which has worked out right for me x

looby how are you getting on?! your pics look great, the difference from pre-op in the purple bra to post-op is a good comparison – clever you thinking to photograph them in it before

I’m doing great, feeling like a new woman ha! Haven’t been flashing at myself every time i walk passed the mirror at home as much this wk so i must be getting used to them ha :0) Hope your healing well too chick x

I’m in a 34e but haven’t been measured yet. Waiting until 6 weeks to get that done and I’m not sure if sports bras come up bigger or smaller or the same?! Haha yep my old 34bs can now be burned! X
