Finally had a reply to my complaint

Although slow the complaint appears to have been investigated thoroughly. My problem now is that the staff concerned at parkhill in Doncaster appear to be liers and I can see I’m going to have a bit of a fight on my hands. I would recommend mr kazzazi and Mya have their faults but are ok but parkhill is awful and I would never recommend it. I want my £400 that I paid for the pleasure of staying there back and I just hope Mya care for their customers and are willing to provide the customer service I expect. I better get on with my letter of reply……

They gave me morphine when I specifically asked them not too and now they are saying I’ve didn’t ask them not too. It’s a blatant lie xx

Omg that is ridiculous, of course they will try to get out of it but keep fighting you paid lots of money and you deserve the best! It’s so annoying when things like that happen xxx

Do keep fighting sizzynat. It’s something I’m learning. We need to be treated with dignity, and not just passed around with no one taking responsibility xx

I agree Park Hill is awful. They didn’t feed me for over 14 hours (i was supposed to be a day case!!) and messed up all my medical papers on 2 separate visits, and mixed up my medicines! I complained at the time but never got a response. That was 12 months ago. Hope you get it sorted xx

I really can not understand why these hospitals are used when they treat patients in such a way,this does not sound like private health care at its best which is what you are paying for,I hope some people can post some good comments about this hospital,so sorry that you ladies have not had a good experience,not good at all,if you do not get answers perhaps you should bring this to the attention of the CQC,BIG hugs,xxx
