Finally reached my goal on My Free Implants :D !

Its been almost a year in the making but i’ve finally reached my goal, and i can now truly say it does work, it really does.

Cant even explain the emotions that hit me when i realised i’ll be getting my surgery sooner than i ever expected! I have to wait 30 days to download my model agreement and sign some legal paperwork and then once that is sent off the payment will be released to the surgeon of choice (which for me is Dr Payne at THG).

Yesterday morning i had $1300 left to go and thanks to huge generosities by 12 midnight i was in HOF

Thank you girls! Its strange logging on and realising my journey is finished now, just hope i can start helping other girls too
