Finance?

Has anyone used the finance option? I want mine done ASAP but need to have them on finance, how long does it take to come through? Help!

There way too picky, u have to be over a certain age, earning a certain amount and working full time with good credit history – i was fine on all of those things yet they STILL refused and said i have to have a gurantor xx

In can get a guarantor but I know I won’t get it on my own, my credit history is fair at the moment I checked online today! x

how rubbish is this, i got accepted for finance at my first consultation, then a few weeks later (after i had booked the date and got all excited!) they told me they now don’t want to accept me and terminated the contract!

Couldn’t actually believe it, I asked why but they can’t actually tell you the reason why just that you don’t meet the ‘criteria’…

Its probably because im only 22… Im having ba in june 30th with mario, iv been paying into the piggy bank since last may so il be paid up before my op xx

Yeh they ‘initially’ accepted me in the first 24hours aswell the pisstakers and then rang up and said they cnt accept me unless i have a gurantor xx

Stacyann, emilylouise, I work for a bank and ur credit history is got nothing to do with age, telling u that u don’t meet the criteria is what they all say, u can’t actually offend folk by saying “it’s cause you defaulted”

If u can get a guarantor u will be fine, also get a copy of your credit report…that will show what is wrong x

Yea I used Equifax earlier and mine showed that I defaulted on my phonebill for two months 2 years ago and that’s what’s bringing mine down gutted! Xx

Iv already got my credit report on experia or watever it is and it says my credit is gud, they stil declined and if u look on most finance company website some of them do specify an age… They are so picky its unreal x

I’m relying on the finance so let’s hope Mother dear will be a guarantor lol x

I’m still waiting for my finance to come back a yes or no they are taking forever. It’s the only way I can get my ba done so fingers crossed lol

MYA are offering a new finance which requires no guarantor with a high acceptance rate:) i got accepted for it which I really wasn’t expecting as I got declined for the first finance. Hope this helps, I know how annoying it is to want it done so badly but not have the money! xx

I applied end of march I think!! it’s not too bad haha, I have put a deposit down too so I’m not borrowing the full amount! Xxx

whats the name of the new company tho because they have used one similiar before called V12 where u cudnt use a gurantor and they were a bag of shit aswell then they switched back to fml x

Did you apply for that online or through mya, I had really bad credit when i was 18 but that was 9 years ago so fingers crossed, also did u have a guarantor? Jus wana get it all paid soon as pos! xxx

i just got a barclays credit card with 0% on purchases for 12 months and a £3500 credit limit so im using some of that and savings to pay off mine. might be worth a try as i have no credit history and they accepted me x
