Hi if you put down 60% Mya will loan you the rest intrest free and you can book your date to fit in with you paying your 60% off ( as that has to be paid 3 weeks before your op) but it’s much better as no interest , as for anywhere else I don’t know but hoped that helped , what are you wanting done?
