I have booked my consultation in for the 7th of next month (very excited), I need to take photographic ID but my passport is out of date & it’s the only thing I have with my picture on it. Does anyone know if this will effect me getting finance or cause a problem.
Also to add I have ordered a provisional but incase it isn’t here on time xxx
When you apply for a finance you’ll be asked to provide a photo of one of your IDs… So in this case I think it matters if the passport is out of date.
You’ll be also asked for ID when you arrive for your initial consultation.

I have read that I can take my birth certificate also, so hopefully if I take my passport & birth certificate should be fine & my provisional is here on time x
