wel my saving was awful so basically got £3500 on a credit card for a year and final £100 i paid myself. (had a voucher) if i struggle to pay it off in a year i can just transfer the reminder to another card. beats saving and i booked 2 weeks ago i think and my ops on the 19th april xx

I saved 2k and put 2k on interest free loan with First Medical Group. Paying it off over 12 months so not too bad. x

Wow lucky Sara11. So sorry to read that about your mum xxjoxx – though glad you got something to make you happy.

Hm I had quite a bit saved up and a near break-up with my boyfriend fuelled my desire to do it so I paid for it all in one go. I’m a big believer in never owing anyone anything and don’t even own a credit card! (never plan to either!) x

I also paid mine in full when i booked. Unfortunately lost my dad in an accident at work last year, he was in process of divorce and i was holding some money for him until after divorce, so i used some of that. xx
