F***ing Unbelievable!!! Consultation with NU Cosmetics cancelled

I was meant to have a consultation with NU Cosmetics today at 4.30pm. I was really looking forward to it as it would have been my first consultation with a surgeon. I finished work just after 4pm (consultation just down the road) and found they had tried to contact me at 3.30pm just an hour before my consultation!

I spoke to a woman on the phone who said my appointment had been ‘rescheduled’ to Liverpool! It was meant to be in Wilmslow so how she thought I would be able to get to Liverpool when she tried to contact me just an hour before my appointment is beyond me! After pushing her to explain what she meant by ‘rescheduled’ and asking if they double booked my appointment she tells me the surgeon is working at the Liverpool clinic today instead. Nice of them to let me know so far in advance!!

Anyway I told them where to stick their appointment and I won’t be going with NU cosmetics! With that service I have no confidence in their aftercare so I will be going to see Mr Traynor at MYA and Mr Clarke at Transform next week.

Well at least you have two more surgeons to see,you must be so disappointed when you were looking forward to seeing a surgeon,and getting some information,re recommended sizes,chin up lovely,everything happens for a reason,I know that wont make you feel any better,just focus on your next appointment,you will see a surgeon and you will get the boobs you want.xxx

And atleast you know from on here Mr T is a boobie good!

Im having Mr A as Im down south but ive read so much good stuff about Mr T it makes you think about travelling 5 hours to meet him! Lol xxx

Think u have had a lucky escape. The surgeon from there I was offered had nearly been struck off for botched eye lifts and had only done 200 boob jobs. Not many compared to the Mya surgeons for eg Mario has done over 6000! Also he only offered me up to 240’s and Mario offered me up to 525’s! Not a good experience.

im going with NU cosmetics and 2 of my friends have had there op already ivehad no problem and neither have my friends and im going with Mr Maurizio Persico is a specialist plastic surgeon well-known in the North West of England especially for Breast Enlargement, Mastopexy and Nose Reshaping (Rhinoplasty). and obtained his Master Degree in Medicine and Surgery at “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 1988.the aftercare my friends havehad as been fine there isalways a negative for everywere not every 1 are happy anywere look at all the bad reveiws mya have had but then look at all the good im going with nu because of the offer they have on at the minute and im saving myself over 1000 pounds and also because of the surgeon im going with and the good ive heard about him xx

Yes i understand there are hitches and dint mean it to come across like I was moaning as they have been nothing but nice to me…. was just saying xxx

It did worry me a little..and so confused about that £500 thing?

Must admit I was tempted by Nu’s price but couldn’t risk surgeon offered. Mr Persico does have great reviews but as I don’t live near Manchester I was a bit put off. Plus they dont offer an overnight stay which I would prefer.

Hiya Roch, sorry to hear that, I have had both paul clarke and gary traynor operate on me :o) and since found out there close friends. There both very good and im sure you will be happy with them, All i will say is Gary traynor can come accross a bit straight but he really is lovely and i think its him i would use again out of the 2 :o). xxx

To be honest I think all of the companies miss appointments from time to time, I know MYA have from comments I’ve seen on here and if Transform had a forum I think they would be the same. But because it has happened to me personally with NU Cosmetics I don’t want to go with them. I know Paul Clarke has done over 7000 BAs and I’m sure Traynor is around the same, 200 boob jobs would not give me confidence at all!

Hi Roch, Mr Traynor is the most str8 talking guy ive ever met. He done my surgery and I seen loads of diff surgeons but I’m 100% happy I choose MYA and Mr T xx
