Finished my pain killers, what else can I take?

Not in major pain anymore but want something to take the edge off in the morning and before bed, can anyone reccomend something to take? xx

and is there anything im not allowed to take? xx

Paracetamol or cocodamol?? Xx

I would just take occasional paracetamol. Anything with Codeine in makes me feel queasy and out of sorts and a little nauseous.

Ive had no pain But I have regularly took paracetamol and voltarol for any swelling as well as my antibiotics.
