first consultation

Got my first consultation tomorrow with a PC what should I expect? Is this when i can show pictures of what i do/dont want to have?Do I need to take anything other than ID with me?:-)

It went really well I get to meet Dr traynor on Thursday to pic sizes and that, Dont be nervous they are really friendly, my patient co ordinator is lovely 🙂 xx
