Hey! My surgery date is the 25th April! It’s all so exciting isn’t it. I had my first consultation in February and then the surgeon consultation end of March. You can normally get it a lot sooner than that just it happened Mr Traynor was fully booked in his consultations before. He was covering for another surgeon off sick at the time though. So hopefully you will be Able to get in sooner. I had my pre op on the same day as I had already booked a date before I actually met the surgeon. So it’s been about two months from my first consultation to the surgery date. You can have things done alot sooner the more flexible you are, I wasn’t able to do certain surgery dates and consultations due to my work. I’m a nurse so my shift patterns are abit mad xx
