First Consultation …. What to expect?

Hi girls I have my first consultation on Sat …. just wondering what to expect and is there anything I need to take or do before hand? An also my Boyfriends coming with me but I just want to go into the room by my self … or isit best to have him there for support? Any info on this would be great! x
