Anyone had Mr Alvi at Manchester?

i did!!! had mine done by mr alvi, almost 6 wks ago! manchester lifestyle hospital is lovely, v clean! i have to say mr alvi is absolutely fab!! he did a great job, i had 380cc under muscle, was a 36a and now a 36d, im v happy! a great surgeon! x

im havin mr alvi on tues im avin 300cc’s overs tryi achieve a d im now a small 32b…will let uno how it goes xx
