Well ladies I’m 8 weeks post op on Tuesday , I don’t get my check up until Wednesday due to the surgeon availability but I have decided to go to the gym this morning.
I have on 2 extra high impact sports bras and bra top those girls had better stay still !!
How did everyone else find it what type of stuff did you do and what could hurt my unders, I thought I should stay away from press ups etc but need advice
