I had my first consultation this afternoon!! I have appointment with dr marcellino in 2 weeks! I’m so excited!!! I have some more question really for the whole procedure tho… I know we can not talk about? But… There is not any discount when you pay upfront then? I haven’t been offered any… I didn’t know what to think, I been saving but is quite a lot of money? I can not picture myself taking the tube back home after the surgery, how you feel after the surgery, when you leaving the clinic? Like under drugs or something?? Xx

Hi sweet, you’ll need someone to take you home after surgery but if you live longer than an hour away I think you have to stay overnight. I had my op around 11ish I got out at 5, my heart rate was really high so they wanted to keep an eye on me a little longer. It felt like someone was sat on my chest after the op, once I got home I got straight into bed, you’ll need a lot of help after surgery. Everyone’s different though! Some girls are back to normal a few days after!

Hi it took me a while to get back to normal. I lived 3h away and was a day patient, I was advised to stay in hotel over night, but I thought it better to drive back whilst still having the pain relief in my system…and I was right, I couldn’t see myself traveling back day after! I think I would have been fine on train too same day. I was fine walking to car park just very slow and stiff starting to get sore but ok x
