    Hey girls,

Any of you that have read my posts will know I’m currently waiting on my third op after complications. I should be at the stage of getting back to normal as I’m 6weeks post my first op but now only 3 weeks post my second op. One breast is healing great and the other has been removed. I will be due for my third op around Easter I believe.

Providing everything goes to plan I shall be going on holiday at the end of May. I really want to look and feel my best after everything I’ve been through and had things gone to plan I would be able to get going on toning up and getting fit for a nice bikini body.
However I’m not sure what I can and can’t do now that I have had the second op and a third on the way as I keep being put back to square one.

I know I have most definitely gained weight. I previously had been taking my contraceptive pill for a total of 10years and this is the first time I’ve ever stopped. I’ve now been off it for nearly 3 months as I’m not allowed to start taking it again because of my future op.
I definitely think this is what started the weight gain as I really felt I ballooned around the middle and just felt really heavy and frumpy just before and after the 1st op.
I think that having a hormone my body is so used to taken away had had an effect.
This then added to by being less active and having time off hasn’t helped. With the second op as well I have had nearly 3 weeks off. I’ve definitely been eating more and have been more indulgent because I’ve been feeling crap I’ve tried not to deprive myself so have had takeaways and treats.

I now feel bigger than ever and really want to try and do something to try and get back in shape and ready for the holiday and to feel my best when I finally get my boobs fixed once and for all!

I asked my nurse if I could do high intensity aerobics and she said no. The only things she recommended was unweighted squats and lunges and a incline walk. I’m obviously going to take her advice but I need to shift this weight on my middle!
I then looked into the slendertone flex belt and wondered if any of you have tried it? I always thought it was a bit faddy and like a lazy persons idea of avoiding the gym but I’ve read loads of positive reviews and it looks promising. I can’t see why I wouldn’t be allowed to use it?
I’ve also considered the bootea detox program to kick start it?

Just want to start feeling good as at the moment I’m fat with one boob!???

Any help, suggestions, advice etc would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks xx
