Flabelos machine after BA

Does anybody know if I can use the flabelos machine. I’m 9 weeks post op and have booked a course to tone up then decided to google if I could use it, well apparently it can cause cc. If anybody knows please help x

I’ve heard you can’t ever use them again after BA, but i’m not too sure whether thats true or not! I’d check with the nurse x
