flat chested and wanting 300cc implants

im a 32/34A and very flat chested have some tissue but im mainly nipple lol. I was originally told i could have 250/275cc but dont think that would give me the look i want. I went to another surgeon and they said i could have up
to 100 CC more but i dont want the really fale look but dont want to have it fone and be underwhelmed if that makes sense. Was anyone a similar size and had any 275-300cc plus implants. Please share any before and afters xx

hiya im a 34A at the moment before kids and weight loss i was a 36c, i have seen 3 surgeons two said i could have 300-350 max, the third one wanted another app with me before he tried sizes etc, I am the same as you i have wanted it doing for so long i do not want to go huge but again enough still to make the operation worth it, x

When I saw my surgeon he said I barely measured a size after pregnancy my boobs had disappeared ! I had 325cc + nipple lift with Mr Mahdi – who originally said 275 cc was more realistic but in the end he suggested he’d try to fit the biggest he could. Photo is before 32AA and 1 week post op.

Hey, I’m currently a 34A/B and I’m having surgery tomorrow with Mr Marcellino and he’s looking at 375-400/420 for me. I don’t want the fake look or to go too big for my size but he said that this should be achievable xx

Hey, I was a completely flat 32A and had 300cc HP unders and I’m absolutely loving the result so far, they look so natural. Initially I wanted to go smaller but I’m so glad that I trusted my surgeon and went with what he believed would give me the look I’m after. I’ll try and upload a picture later xx

I was 32AA (but basically completely flat) i had 300cc HP unders and was constantly worrying they’d be too big or small before my op, now I’m 1wpo and very happy with them! Definitely a big difference but don’t look ridiculous, think i’ll be a big C cup.

I’d say I was pretty flat chested before, I was a 32AA/32A before my breast augmentation. Here is my before and after xx

I was also very flat chested and offered up to 275cc. I had mine high profile too.
