Flat side of breast 9 weeks post op

It’s been over 2 months since I had 250cc unders and I’ve just recently noticed I have a flat side on my right boob on the outer bit. I wondered if it’s how I’ve been sleeping on it?! As I’m allowed to sleep how I want now. It was round before, but now a flat edge. Anyone else had this?
