'fluffing' ???

Is it really true that new boobies will ‘fluff’ and actually get bigger? Does this happen to everyone and if so when does it usually happen? Xxx

Happens if you have unders, and a few girls with others says theres have fluffed, dunno when it happens, hope it happens to me tho! xx
