Hi, I’ve heard people talk about your boobs fluffing a few months after a BA and was just wondering if anyone could explain what this is. I’ve had my op 17 days ago so I’m quite eager to find out what exactly this means. Thanks x

    Hi hun,

I’m not too sure but what I’ve read about it, is at the moment the implants are squashed under the skin and at about 6 weeks they ‘fluff’ which I think means they adapt and are not so squashed and your breasts seem to get bigger. That’s the impression I got anyway! Hope this helps xx

    Hi girls

I think fluffing means softening and dropping of the boobs. as we all know the muscle needs time to relax and can take up to a year. early post op your boobs are harder each week they get softer and softer and change. when they have fluffed they will be totally different, more natural, soft and settled.
