Fluid Feeling??? ??

I have this feeling on my armpit side on my left breast like there’s liquid moving around. I can feel it move and refill when I press on it. I can also feel it when I walk around.
It’s soooooo annoying and it’s making me super squeamish ? Has anyone had the same thing? I’m 2 weeks post op
