fluid in one boob

hey girls im 9 days post op when i lift my right arm i can hear fluid moving about it only started last nite is this normal? my boob looks ok etc but sounds weird any one had this? xx

Mine make all sorts of bubbly noises and squelches I’ve heard this is norm can b our new party trick I’m 5 days post op xx
