flying 2 weeks post op!

hi girls, i work as cabin crew, wondering if any other cabin crew would advise on a 4 hour flight 16 days post op?( working on the flight) or is this not advisble due to swelling etc?? not sure what to do as a long flight means no passenger suitcases to move!

any ideas??
