Flying after op

Has anyone flown long haul 5 weeks after BA?

You should ask your nurse hun. I think they say 6 weeks to allow for any complications you might encounter…maybe if your recovery goes smoothly she might give it the ok? xx

Yea that’s what my PC said but I have had the chance to go to Canada 5 weeks after and I know I shouldn’t go but just abit gutted. O well, I’ll have fab boobies and suppose Canada wont be going anywhere lol

Aha I’m so afraid of that too! Am supposed to be going skiing 6 weeks after mine, what if they burst when I’m at the top of the mountain or something lol xx

O my god your brave, I wouldn’t go skiing anyway, I have terrible balance as is it but with 2 new air balloons out front I’d be even worse haha. Are you excited about yours? So much to think about before hand, eek!

Aha, I love to ski, I just hope those 800’s don’t make me lose my balance lol. Yeah I am, I was supposed to be having mine tomorrow but I have swollen glands/throat so they were concerned about me breathing under the anaesthetic so I’m now booked in for 2 weeks time…a little gutted but nothing I can do about it really! Arghh I know, i think I have everything now, just a case of the waiting game..AGAIN haha

800, wow. What you starting from and hoping to be after?

Rrrr such a shame it got changed and disappointing but your health is more important so good really. Mine is 9th March, it can’t come quick enough, I just want it done now coz I’m so excited. Everything has happened so fast though, only decided for defiantly to have it after Xmas after 5 years of talking about it, then consultation 2 weeks ago and now booked paid for and waiting, yayy

I am going to India 5 weeks 2 days after my uplift. Mr Singh was ok with it.

Am a 34B at the moment and I’ve only seen girls with 700’s on here and they measure around a G so I may measure a H or maybe more, we shall see…so like 6/7 cup sizes, going to be a stretch haha!

I know it’s frustrating and annoying but at least they could fit me in so early…it’s on valentines day, that’s certainly one I’ll never forget lol. I’ve wanted mine since I was 14, so 5 years for me too! Parents finally agreed to it last year so here I am! Everything happened so quick for me too, the whole process has only taken just over a month, I think if I had been waiting for longer I might have been more upset over it being postponed…2 weeks, wow! You couldn’t get an earlier op date then? xx

No unfortunately he was booked up in deb but I have my own businesses so at least it’s giving me time to get things in place for when I’m off. O my god that is gona be a massive difference for you, maybe they will knock you out with champagne instead of GA for valentines day hahaha.

Karina, o my gosh, really? Are you worried? That is a long flight too. So it’s not a defiante that you can’t fly just advisable not to?

Ahh okay then…better late than never though! Yepp, I just hope they fit! Anyway Mr C has ordered 3 sets of implants just in case so if there’s not enough room then I’ll completely understand..it’s the biggest stock size they have before they have to be custom made. I wish ha! It’s been forever since I’ve had a drink as I thought my op was going to be tomorrow…might as well carry on staying sober until the 14th…I’ve lost about 6 pounds this month just by cutting it out, it’s been boring at times when I’ve been going out with my friends and that, but not as tough as I thought it was going to be. Giving up smoking hasn’t been too bad either, it’s awful in the mornings but I can work out for so much longer…think I’m going to keep it up to be honest xx

You will feel amazing for it, I’m just trying to kill myself on working out and watching what I eat coz then it’ll be less to lose after as I think I will put on coz of not exercising for 6 weeks eek!!!

Hopefully What size are you having if you don’t mind me asking?

Yeah I’ve been the same, am probably going to ask a nutritionist on what is best to eat without putting on too much weight but without hindering my healing too much as I go to the gym every day so I think the weight will creep back on by not exercising xx
