Food at Highgate + Recovery Time!

This might sound like a stupid question, but you don’t know unless you ask! Just wondered if all your food at the hospital is included in the cost or whether you have to pay extra for the room service my brochure says about! Also is it nice, especially for Vegi’s?

Also since I’m here, I’ve only booked a week off work am most probably having 340 overs, does everyone think this is the right amount of time? It’s what my pc said I needed but not sure whether I may need more?

Hi Hun, I’m 10 days post op, also had 340’s and am a veggie and I can’t fault Highgate at all. My op was 9am and I had a 3 course meal at 1pm. Broccoli and cheese soup to start, pasta then ice cream. I have an office job so I was driving and back at work within one week. You’ll be absolutely fine! Had my stitches out today and am over the moon, best thing ever!! Hope this helps xx

I’m 2 days post op and yep all food/drinks are included in cost. You don’t have to wait for meal times you can have stuff in between and its all included. Your guests get free drinks but have to pay for food.

I’m not a veggie but food woz lovely so im sure veggie food will be too.

I had 340 overs on tues and my PC reckons ill be fine to go bac to work on monday (office job) so thats slightly less than a week. Right now i can’t see me goin bac on monday but iv gota few days left yet so hopefully will b feelin betta by then.
