any ideas as to what sports bra to buy?

dunno if this’ll help, I WAS a 34A but I WANTED to be a 34E cup, I bought a 36D 36DD and 34E bras, all were too sore to wear straight after my op and I ended up buying a 38E which was the only comfy bra I could get, now 1 weeks post op im in my 34E bra and its just right, Id get a few different sizes if i were you….Mines are from asda, black low impact sports bras, only £4

I could probs fit a 34F bra too mind you….this ones quite snug but comfy

Although the Macom bra is reccommended I didnt fancy buying a £30 bra which MIGHT not fit or that might fit when I first got it but once swelling went down it didnt etc etc. plus Im a poor student lol, so Iv ended up with like 6 bras all around £4 each (still cheaper than the macom) and Im glad I did as some of the ones that arent comfy right now probably will be once the swelling’s gone. Just take all this into consideration when buying hun x

I was recommended to buy a Macom sports bra…they are great. They use ur back size but have expandable cup size. Well worth the money so I bought 2. It is so important you get a good sports bra cause that acts like ur bandage for 6weeks so u want the best support for ur new boobies x

I was 34aa, 32a, and had 340 unders, wore a 34C straight after and it was slightly baggy, 5 days later had to get a 34D as they had dropped and grown in size, going to look at 32D/DD’s tomorrow as swelling on my chest has finally gone down.

I was 34A had 470cc low profile now 34Eish

i wanted my boobs to look big and round if you look at me face-on but didnt want them to stick out and look silly side-on, basically i wanted a big cup size but natural as possible

Ring your PC. you dont always need a sports bra post op. Your surgeon should have wrote it in your notes. If not your PC will speak to them to find out.
