    Hi ladies found a great way to stop smoking… ive stopped for 5weeks now :) i brought myself an electronic fag, they are fantastic… exspencive to buy from shops and internet but i got mine from the market £10 with 10 filters (bargin) havent had a fag since i brought it :) xx

    Gonna have to give them a go!

    Had one bought for me a few weeks ago, but haven’t taken it out of the packet yet. Have to give them up, but the excitment and stress of the op has made me want them more!!

    Haha i was the same but since ive been using it it’s been great.. if i fancy a smoke i just have a couple of puffs on my Ecig then put it down for a good few hours. ive told everyone about them i thing they are great :) best thing i could have brought otherwise i’d still be smoking now :) xx

    i got my op wednesday and i tell ya this 2 weeks of not smoking aint working out for me xx wish id heard of the eletronic fag lol

    you should get one for after you BA thats the most important time to stop smoking even if its for a few weeks after. i stopped because i read about capsular contraction and it scared me lol xx

    ohh god dont tell me in wednesday and i havnt been good at the non smoking thing.

    dont know y as im not a big smoker just nerves of the op.

    what will happen if uv smoked xx

    nothing just dont have a fag after for a few days something to do with the healing. i didnt mean to worry you. alot people say on here that they smoked all the through there BA xx

    They still have nicotene in which is what slows healing down!xx

    its not the nicotene that is harmful!

    Yes nicotene is harmful, it speeds up heart rate up reducing your ability to clot blood, yes the tar is more harmful but nicotene is still bad!x
