    four days post op and not really in any pain anymore but im so so tight. Its horrible and uncomfortable and making me breathless!

    Also very tired all the time and have no energy, lacking an appetite as well :(

    Really starting to get fed up and teary!!

    about 2 week to feel a lot better :( worst part!, remember to take meds religiously as this really helps x

    It does get better as the days go by,that tight feeling is awful,keep taking your meds hun,xxxx

    I’m Day 3 and the pain is defo easing. The tightness is getting worse though, I read these next few days will be the worst for tightness. My boobs feel numb!

    Really miss cuddling my daughter too :-( It’s killing me. Thankfully I can bend over just enough to put her into bed on a night time which is nice :) x

    I’m 3 days post op and haven’t really had any tightness or pain =S

    I only had 340cc overs tho….i’m thinking this may be why??x

    Hiya, i’m now 17 days post op and I still have the tightness on and off, mine’s really bad today and have been in bed with it but i promise it does get easier but just take your meds as you feel you need to, it does help xx

    Mine really tight too hun, but have sneekily been wearing no bra for an hour a day to relax and the difference is amazing! its sooo comfy, and doesnt feel as bad when i put it back on ever, dunno if that may help hun :) xxxxx
